This offer is open for 72 hours from the date you receive the e-mail confirmation of your win. Winners have a further 7 days to organise their date with another Swanned member.
Only Swanned members who receive a confirmation e-mail from Swanned Pty Ltd are eligible to use the promotional prize. All participants must over the age of 18. Any Winners of the $50 bar tab who are under the age of 18 are not eligible to claim the voucher. This Promotion is not open to any employees or family members of employees of Swanned Pty Ltd or its related companies. Winners are selected at random.
No part of the prize is exchangeable or transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The prize can only be redeemed at The Trinity Bar in Surrey Hills, 505 Crown St, Surry Hills, NSW, 2010. The $50 bar tab cannot be substituted for any other venue. Only one voucher is redeemable on any one visit to Trinity Bar.
Winners will be selected at random for as long as Swanned Pty Ltd runs the promotion. The number of Winners is determined by Swanned Pty Ltd and is subject to change at the discretion of Swanned Pty Ltd.
Each Swanned member will automatically be eligible to be selected as a Winner. Members can opt out of the promotion if they wish by notifying Swanned Pty Ltd in writing. Winning members are not obliged to use the voucher if not desired.
The Winners will be notified via email to confirm delivery of their prize. A notification and pop up will also appear in the Swanned app for any Winners selected. Swanned shall liaise with Winner and suppliers to organise logistics. The Winner does not need to contact the Trinity Bar, any communications should be through Swanned Pty Ltd.
Any Winner has 72 hours from the date the prize confirmation e-mail is sent by Swanned Pty Ltd to tell us which Swan you are going on a date with and a further 7 days to go on your date.
All Winners must read and accept that they will follow the Swanned safety tips.
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Swanned Pty Ltd (including its directors and employees) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:
The Prize is valid for 72 hours from when prize confirmation via e-mail is given to the Winner.
Availability at the Trinity bar cannot be guaranteed and Trinity Bar withholds the right to choose not to serve any Winners with no reason given.
The Prize does not include transport.
The Prize will not be reinstated, refunded or replaced in the event the Winner is no longer able to use the $50 within the time limit.
The Winner is responsible for all costs over $50 that is spent at Trinity bar. No other costs will be covered by Swanned Pty Ltd.
The Winners of the Promotion may have their names published on the Swanned App, Swanned website and within marketing materials through social media and other digital assets.
By accepting the prize, the Winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being named, interviewed and photographed.
All participants may receive marketing and promotional materials from Swanned Ptd Ltd from time to time, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Swanned Pty Ltd may require the consent of the ‘Winner’ to disclose personal information to third parties for the purpose of fulfilling and organizing the prize.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire terms and conditions between Winner and Swanned Pty Ltd with respect to the Win a Date Promotion.
